What We Do

We believe that ‘good’ means the same no matter where you go and universality connects us as human beings. Our mission is to embody that message in our work with students, artists and the greater community. With every interaction, we aim to empower a more connected, empathetic and resilient world by identifying, creating, sharing and celebrating “the simple good.”

Our innovative Arts Residency Program combines Social Emotional Learning, Mindfulness practices and Art expression to empower youth across Chicago and the world. Students go through a process of exploring ‘good’ within themselves, their communities and connect it to the world through art and discussion building resilience and helping them to spread positivity wherever they are to build a more connected future for us all.

This series of workshops and training programs help corporate partners create space for more empathetic and inclusive workplaces using our expertise in Social Emotional Learning and experience working in diverse communities. It is through these conversations that we empower those in positions of influence to recognize and address what is dividing them to uncover the commonalities that build bridges of community, hope and positive connection.

TSG strives to empower not only local students, but individuals worldwide. Our impact has resonated with communities in Rwanda and Uganda in East Africa,
London in the UK, Croatia, and beyond. As our
organization evolves, we're committed to expanding our global reach. To effectively address the needs of
communities near and far, we align our efforts with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
