Chief Operating Officer
Jill has a decade of experience as a senior leader of educational programming for nonprofit, private, and public organizations in the US and abroad. She is a licensed school administrator, program developer, and organizational development consultant, who is passionate about making social and emotional skill-building opportunities available to all students. With expertise in community and family engagement, staff retention, and the establishment of a positive school culture, she specializes in supporting organizations with the integration of project-based SEL that is inclusive of all stakeholders.
Her fervent advocacy for educational access is evident in her personal pursuits and volunteer efforts as well. She earned a bachelor’s in psychology from Spelman College, a master’s in early childhood education from Towson University, and a master’s in educational administration from Harvard University. She has been recognized by both the Golden Key and Kappa Delta Pi academic honor societies, as well as Bonnor, UNCF, and Americorps Scholar organizations for equity-based community service contributions and academic achievements.
