Cultivate Good

A few years back, I visited a Buddhist Monastary outside of Seoul, South Korea for a weekend retreat. It was here I created this caligraphy which summed up my lessons learned from that trip - focusing on right now and cultivating the good in our lives, brings appreciation of how beautiful this life truly is.
